Please Note:
Rates are based upon four (4) person occupancy.

Addtional Persons are $10 per person per night or $50 per person per week plus applicable sales tax. There is no charge for children three years of age and younger, but they must be counted towards the maximum occupancy for the unit.

Pet Fees: $50 with a maximum of two pets.

All other periods:
2-night minimum rentals, except holidays, which are 3-night minimum rentals.

Daily activity program begins on Saturday June 21 and ends on Monday September 2 @ 2p.m.

Pool opens May 23. Tentative pool closing date is September 10. Please call for updates.

This three-bedroom second floor unit located in the heart of the resort accommodates a maximum of 6 persons. The unit, the upper floor of what was once a Blacksmith shop in the mid-1800's, offers a beautiful view of the beach and lake from a private front deck. The living area includes a kitchen equipped with basic cookware, dishes, and utensils, and includes a dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave oven.

Part of the gathering area is a cozy living room with oversize chairs and sofa, as well as a cable-connected color television (no premium channels) and VCR. The dining area situated is situated in front of sliding glass doors that lead to the large front deck.

Three bedrooms (one with queen-sized bed, the other two with full-sized beds) are located along the back of the unit as is the bathroom (shower only).

There is a standing BBQ grill in the rear at ground level for cooking purposes. Although there is no lawn for this rental unit, the unit is directly across the street from Keen Lake's grassy beach and playground.

Pets are permitted, maximum of two. Please make yourself familiar with our Pet Policy.

Please note that we do not permit tents or cabanas to be set up on the lawns of our rental units.




   
Cottage Reservation Requirements:
  • Reservations are accepted with an initial deposit to follow within 5 business days.
    • One-half deposit required within five business days
    • Balance, sales tax, and security deposit upon arrival

  • Checks are accepted as advance deposit only. Payment of Balance on arrival can be paid via:
    • Travelers Checks
    • Money Order
Cottage Rental Unit Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations received by February 1, 2008 will be entitled to refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received between February 2 and March 1, 2008 will be entitled to 50% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations received after midnight March 1, 2008 will result in forfeiture of deposit.
