Please Note:
Rates are based upon four (4) person occupancy.

Addtional Persons are $10 per person per night or $50 per person per week plus applicable sales tax. There is no charge for children three years of age and younger, but they must be counted towards the maximum occupancy for the unit.

Pet Fees: $50 with a maximum of two pets.

All other periods:
2-night minimum rentals, except holidays, which are 3-night minimum rentals.

Daily activity program begins on Saturday June 21 and ends on Monday September 1 @ 2p.m.

Pool opens May 23. Tentative pool closing date is September 10. Please call for updates.

This two-bedroom Colonial style home is conveniently located near all amenities. The galley-style kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes and utensils, which include coffeepot, toaster and microwave. There is also an under-the-counter radio/CD player. The kitchen opens into a living room and dining area, with full view of the spacious yard.

Two large picture windows afford an excellent view of the well-kept grounds. The focal point of the living room is the bricked fireplace (gas-log) flanked by bookcases. There is generous seating in this room designed for gathering. A VCR and cable connected TV (excluding premium channels) is located in this room.

One bedroom in the unit has a queen-sized bed; the other, a double bed and a single bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area that opens to a full-sized bed. We supply pillows, blankets and bedspreads. You need to bring bed linens and bath and kitchen towels. The bathroom in the unit features a shower/tub combination.

The Colonial Home is just across the street from both the Keen Lake Beach and playground and the heated swimming pool. We furnish picnic table, a fire ring with grill area, and lawn chairs.

Pets are permitted, maximum of two. Please make yourself familiar with our Pet Policy.

Please note that we do not permit tents or cabanas to be set up on the lawns of our rental units.



Cottage Reservation Requirements:
  • Reservations are accepted with an initial deposit to follow within 5 business days.
    • One-half deposit required within five business days
    • Balance, sales tax, and security deposit upon arrival

  • Checks are accepted as advance deposit only. Payment of Balance on arrival can be paid via:
    • Travelers Checks
    • Money Order
Cottage Rental Unit Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations received by February 1, 2008 will be entitled to refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received between February 2 and March 1, 2008 will be entitled to 50% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations received after midnight March 1, 2008 will result in forfeiture of deposit.
