This modest two-bedroom mobile home is located along the original tracks of the Gravity Railroad. Because the unit is located near the Gravity and Chipmunk Lane camping areas, it is very popular with those who do not have camping trailers but wish to vacation with friends that do.

The kitchen is part of an open living area and is equipped with basic cookware, dishware and utensils, which includes a coffeepot, microwave and toaster. A sitting area with comfortable chairs, sofa sleeper and color television with VCR is also part of this shared living space.

There are two bedrooms in the unit. One bedroom has a full-sized bed; the other bedroom a single trundle bed. There is also a pull out sleeper couch in the living area. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. You will need to bring bed linens and bath and kitchen towels.

Although this unit does not have a yard, there are two play areas close by as well as two large playgrounds and an activity field on the grounds. On the side of the unit is a private area with picnic table and fire ring.

Please note that we do not permit tents or cabanas to be set up on the lawns of our rental units.
