The Meadows is a no pets and no smoking unit located in a private setting. It will sleep a maximum of eight persons. Most of the rooms are gathered on the second floor which boasts two large bedrooms (one with queen-sized bed; the other with two twin beds); a large bathroom with vanity and combination shower/tub. We will supply bedspreads, pillows, and blankets. You must supply bed linens, bath and kitchen towels.

The gathering area is divided by function and encompasses a dining area with large windows that overlook the woods and sprawling lawn; the dining nook opens into a living area which provides opportunity for comfortable lounging on ample chairs and sofas. A picture window provides a dramatic view of the grounds. The gathering area is further anchored by the warmth of the gas log fireplace. For viewing entertainment, a television and VCR are also located in the gathering room. Adjacent to this area is a well-appointed kitchen, furnished with basic cookware, dishware, and utensils, which include a coffeepot, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.

The den on the first floor is a great place for either children or adults to read, play games, relax, watch television, or just retreat. This room can easily be converted to private sleeping quarters. The sofa sleeper couch opens to a queen-sized bed and the adjacent bath with vanity tub/shower combination allows for additional privacy.

The top floor of the Meadows hosts the master bedroom suite. Large windows overlook the wooded acreage. The bedroom is dominated by a comfortable king-sized bed. The private bathroom (shower only, no tub) also provides for privacy.

A three quarter deck encircles the unit, opening on to the grassy yard in the back and providing a lovely view of the manicured landscape. We furnish picnic table, a fire ring with grill area, and lawn chairs.

Please note that we do not permit tents or cabanas to be set up on the lawns of our rental units.
