Please Note:
Rates are based upon four (4) person occupancy.
Addtional Persons are $10 per person per night or $50 per person
per week plus applicable sales tax. There is no charge for children
three years of age and younger, but they must be counted towards
the maximum occupancy for the unit.
Pet Fees: $50 with a maximum of two pets.
All other periods:
2-night minimum rentals, except holidays, which are 3-night minimum
rentals.
Daily activity program
begins on Saturday June 21 and ends on Monday September 1@ 2p.m.
Pool opens May 23. Tentative

This two-bedroom,
two-bathroom mobile home unit offers a lovely view of Keen Lake and accommodates
up to five persons comfortably. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and
a private bath with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom also has
a queen-sized bed. A second bathroom (tub/shower combination) is within
easy access of this bedroom. There is also a queen-sized pull out sofa
sleeper in the sitting room. We will supply pillow, blankets and bedspreads.
You must bring bed linens and bath and kitchen towels.
A breakfast bar helps to define the comfortably appointed kitchen
from the cozy living area with cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is equipped
with basic cookware, dishes and utensils and also includes such appliances
as a coffeepot, toaster, dishwasher and microwave oven. Adjacent to the
living area is a restful sunroom with large windows overlooking the grassy
lawn.
Outside, the Terrace boasts a full-sized yard, lawn chairs, a picnic table
and a fire ring with grill area.
Please
note that we do not permit tents or cabanas to be set up on the lawns
of our rental units.

Rental Unit Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
received by February 1, 2008 will be entitled to refund of deposit
less $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations
received between February 2 and March 1, 2008 will be entitled to
50% refund of deposit.

Cancellations
received after midnight March 1, 2008 will result in forfeiture
of deposit.
