    Please Note: Security Deposits are refunded via mail after departure pending our inspection of the unit, which must be left in Arrival Day Condition. Fees will be deducted for damages and additional housecleaning.    
             
             
  • Please Note:
    Rates are based upon four (4) person occupancy. Addtional Persons are $10 per person per night or $50 per person
    per week plus applicable sales tax.

  • There is no charge for children three years of age and younger, but they must be counted towards the maximum
    occupancy for the unit.

  • Pet Fees: $50 pet fee with a maximum of two pets. Please note that the Meadows is a - "No Pets Allowed Unit"

  • All other periods: 2-night minimum rentals, except holidays, which are 3-night minimum rentals.
 
 

VACATION RESERVATION PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  
 
  • Reservations are accepted with an initial deposit to follow within 7 business days.
  
 

50% deposit required within seven business days

  
 
Balance, sales tax, and security deposit upon arrival
 
             
 
  • Checks are accepted as advance deposit only. Payment of Balance on arrival can be paid via:

  • MONEY ORDERS
    
    Discover Card may not be used for Security Deposits    
           
 

VACATION RENTAL UNIT CANCELLATION POLICY

 
             
   

Cancellations received 30 days prior to established arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received after this period of 30 days will result in forfeiture of deposit.
