Please Note: Security Deposits are refunded via mail after departure pending our inspection of the unit, which must be left in Arrival Day Condition. Fees will be deducted for damages and additional housecleaning.
 
 
  • Please Note:
    Rates are based upon four (4) person occupancy. Addtional Persons are $10 per person per night or $50 per person
    per week plus applicable sales tax.

  • There is no charge for children three years of age and younger, but they must be counted towards the maximum
    occupancy for the unit.

  • Pet Fees: $50 with a maximum of two pets. Please note that the Meadows is a - "No Pets Allowed Unit"

  • All other periods: 2-night minimum rentals, except holidays, which are 3-night minimum rentals.

  • Daily activity program begins on June 23 and ends on August 26. Pool opens May 25. Tentative pool closing date is September 16. Please call for updates.
 
COTTAGE RESERVATION
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Reservations are accepted with an initial deposit to follow within 5 business days.
50% deposit required within five business days
Balance, sales tax, and security deposit upon arrival
 
 
Checks are accepted as advance deposit only. Payment of Balance on arrival can be paid via:

Discover Card may not be used for Security Deposits
 
 
COTTAGE RENTAL UNIT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by February 1, 2012 will be entitled to refund of deposit less $50 cancellation fee.
 
Cancellations received between February 2 and March 1, 2012 will be entitled to 50% refund of deposit.
 
Cancellations received after midnight March 1, 2012 will result in forfeiture of deposit.
