Seasonal Rates are based upon a family of 2 adults and unmarried children to the age of 17, inclusive

ADDITIONAL GUEST ON SITE
Please inform your Guest prior to their arrival that "GUEST FEES" are required to enter our grounds. Car passes will be issued to them upon registering at the Main Office. Guest entering our grounds without registering will be charged double the cost of our Guest Fee.

Please note that grandchildren, adult children (over age 17), and other family members and friends must be registered. Guest fees apply even when the site is not occupied by the owner. Guests must display a visitor's pass. You may not transfer your seasonal car pass to a guest. Guests may not set up tents on seasonal sites. Guests fees are also published in our yearly brochure.
       
PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR FULL SEASON
INITIAL DEPOSIT $500 Non-Refundable Deposit due upon reservation
       
SECOND DEPOSIT $500 Non-Refundable Deposit due February 1st
       
REMAINING BALANCE Due April 28th
  Site fees must be paid in full, or, alternate financial arrangements must be approved in advance by Keen Lake Management in order to take occupancy of the seasonal site.
       
PRE-PAY DISCOUNTS Pay seasonal fee in full by October 1, 2011 - SAVE $50
  Pay seasonal fee in full by February 1, 2012 - SAVE $25
