KEEN LAKE CAMPING & COTTAGE RESORT
  Keen Lake offers 300 varied sites scattered on 90 acres in a cluster principal to preserve the natural beauty and to avoid overcrowding. Three tiled bathhouses with coin-operated showers are conveniently located throughout the campground.

We do permit pets ( 2 maximum per site ), but ask that you review our PET POLICY in advance of your arrival.

Units must be set up by 10:00 p.m.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. are strictly enforced

Two-night minimum reservation, except on major holidays
Three-night minimum reservation for:
Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day holidays
Four-night minimum reservation for July 4th holiday
     
 
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
 
For 2 to 3 nights of camping --- $50 ADVANCE DEPOSIT
For 4 to 7 nights and more or a Holiday Weekend --- $100 ADVANCE DEPOSIT
For a 4 week reservation --- $300 ADVANCE DEPOSIT

Base Rates Per Day
Fees are based upon 2 persons per site and one camping unit per site.
All sites are limited to 4 adults OR 2 adults and 4 children, including daytime and overnight guests.
We permit one camping unit and one vehicle per site.

Screen houses and a pup tent for your children are also permitted on the site

Pa. law requires Coast Guard approved life vests for everyone in your boat. Boats with electric motors must be licensed.
   
Additional Persons on Site
There is no charge for children younger than 4 years old

Please inform your guests prior to their arrival that " Guest Fees " are required to enter the grounds. Car Passes will be issued to them upon registering at the main office. If vehicle is found on the grounds without a Car Pass then the Guest Fee will be doubled!

No guest check-ins after 10 p.m.

We reserve the right to limit guests.

BOAT RENTAL RATES & REGULATIONS

Daily Rentals are not available on holidays.
Limited Daily Rentals on weekends—first come, first served.

Rentals are subject to 6% PA state sales tax
All of our rowboats have a current license registration for people who bring their own electric motors.
We provide Coast Guard approved life vests for each person in the boat.
Pennsylvania Law requires that vests be worn by all children ages 12 and under.
We are not able to provide vests for private boats.
We require a $20 deposit or driver’s license as security on the vests we provide.
Monies/license refunded upon return of vests.
       
 
Camping Cancellation Policy
 

The following proper notice is required for cancellation or reducing days reserved:

  • Two weeks notification for refund of deposit, less $10 service fee.
  • One week notification for credit applied to current season only.
  • One week notification for reducing days reserved.
  • No refunds for early departure or inclement weather.
